Our client requested an intensive two-day workshop, through a review of theory and best practices, to explore how organizations can pursue value creation to sustain their businesses.
In today’s increasingly dynamic environment, to compete successfully means creating substantial value for customers, stakeholders, and shareholders with the goal of achieving a sustainable competitive advantage.
We introduced a set of simple tools intended to further develop their capability to think strategically about the competitive environment, their customers and other relevant stakeholders.
Using case studies to help facilitate clients’ understanding of the concepts and tools introduced in the workshop. We prepared them to pursue value creation for their own organizations in a fun, interactive environment in a true ICG style.
