18 January 2022 was our first day managing the aquaculture project, members of the Saudagar E-Kan company gathered at the hatchery for briefing session lead by Mr. Raja.

He explained to us how to take care the parents and young catfish. Besides, he also provided some tips that could be adapted in our project.

He also took us to see and identify the male and female catfish. We have selected one broodstock from males and one from females for the breeding process. Next, the selection of the tank is made by us to place the selected broodstock.

Therefore, we have done cleaning work on the tank that we have selected to ensure that the tank are always in the cleanest condition.

The briefing activity today was still stable and all members listened to the instructions carefully so that no mistakes would be made.

We also registered the thumbprint to facilitate matters for those who need to work on that particular time and time that has been set.

While producing and preparing these products for a few hours, we have successfully produced a fishball product which is Deliball, with various processes that can guarantee hygiene and safety to ensure the food product is in high quality. In addition, we have prepared two sauces or different ingredients namely chili sauce and cheese sauce to add more flavor to the food products we have produced ✨😋

Get a taste of our self made fish ball on this tuesday (18 January 2022) with a side of chilie and cheese sauce for a pack of ready-to-eat fish ball. We also provide frozen fish ball if you guys are interested. We only use premium and fresh ingredients for the perfect taste of our fish ball.
