POSITION : PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers to ensure suitability & cost effectiveness of purchase for the best interest of company (quality & cost )
-To work out the best quote for company consideration within the time frame provided. Understanding of technical document from customer before release to suppliers for RFQ
- To liaise with suppliers for obtaining quotation and negotiating for best offer
- Assist in material planning and generate purchase orders from approved purchase requisitions for admin goods, maintenance spare parts and production materials

QUALIFICATION :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree Engineering / equivalent
- Proficient in bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral
- Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in Oil & Gas , fresh graduate also encourage to apply
- Communication & negotiations skills
