*If the weight is 1.1-1.99 will be charge as 2kg

包裹实重=1KG
计费重量按体积重计费为3KG

体积重=25x20x30/6000= 2.5 =3 kg

Case 1：
Actual weight ：1 kg
Volume Metric ：25cm*20cm*30cm/6000 = 2.5 =3kg
In this case, we will charge the heavier weight which is Volume Metric 2.5=3KG
Case 2：
Actual weight：10 kg
Volume Metric ：25cm*20cm*30cm/6000 = 2.5 kg
In this case, we will charge the heavier weight which is actual weight 10KG

5.仓库包裹托管 Warehouse store item service - 30天免费仓库寄存仓存服务,自签收之日起计。在30天里面如果没有寄出也没有认领，货舱将收取仓库储存费，货自动把包裹作废。Warehouse will help to keep the items for 30 days only. After 30 days , warehouse will have extra charge for storage fee , otherwise will dispose the item .
客户须知条规 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Repack service , open box check item , snap picture of the item and any additional REQUEST need request before placing order.
2. If buyer wants to re-order the product that is out of stock or wait for item to restock , the order date will be re-counted.
3. Quality of goods its your own judgement .
4. Purchasing of breakable and fragile items, any dissatisfied on goods or seller service, no refund and no exchange.
5. Place order only if you are willing to wait for the stock arrival.
6. Specified delivery details cannot be changed after order confirmation. There will be an extra charge for modify delivery details.
7. Please double check the option, quantity and remark in the order list BEFORE proceed to the payment to avoid any misplacing order. We will purchase the item according to the list and will not taking any responsibility of any wrong options purchased.
8. We will only proceed to your order after 100% payment made from the buyer .
9. Once the payment made , we will not accept cancellation of order / item.
10. If the item is sold out , a 100% refund will be given back to buyer. We reserve the rights to cancel the order in the case of the item is out of stock. AIR FREIGHT Package is NOT included INSURANCE , TAX and DUTY.
12. Insurance need to buy 8 % of the total amount of item . For purchase item more than RM1000 , we strongly recommend buyer to buy insurance or else we will not taking any responsibility for the item lost. Insurance need to buy 8 % of the item price .If the item loss ,courier company will compensate 100% of the item cost.
13. Estimate weight may differ from the actual weight charge .
14. We are acting as a middle party to order items from China websites for you. We only provide purchase and delivery services. We held no responsibility for below problems :
* Quality of goods.
* The actual item may differ from the depicted in the picture.
* Incorrect item sent by the Taobao seller. (Buyer can request check item in warehouse )
*If Air freight repacking is requested, if there are damages or lost of free gift due to repacking, we will not be held responsible.
* Loss or damage of goods during the delivery from China to Malaysia .
* Or any consequence caused by purchasing the items. Buyers buy at own risk.
15. There is possibility for the item delayed due to seller delayed to send out goods, china local postman delayed/ lost parcel, weather problem, etc
16. Kindly note that seller might send out parcel separately with different tracking number without inform/ forgot to inform us. Any parcels that left in warehouse customer need to bear the cost for re-sending the item.
17. Customer must inform us immediately if the parcels received have any problem. We will try our best to negotiate with the seller/warehouse but no guarantee for the result. Customer who fail to inform us within 2days upon the date of receiving the parcel, we will not taking any responsibility for any problems/mistakes occurred.
