Homemade Pandan Soy Milk 💚 with .blue.tea Pandan Extract by Debra Yong using her Thermomix. Thank you Debra for the recipe and testimony.

Ingredients:
*1800g water
*100g soya beans (soak overnight or at least 4 hours, then drain)
*50g sugar
*20g-30g MyBlueTea Pandan Extract

(This recipe Debra used about 15g of Pandan Liquid extract. We recommend to use up to 30g if you prefer natural darker green in your soy milk).

Method:
(1) Place drained soya beans and 600g water into the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 26 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
(2) Blend for 2–3 minutes on speed 10.
(3) Add remaining 1200g water, sugar, and MyBlueTea Pandan Extract. Cook for 7 minutes at 98°C on speed 2.
(4) Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy! 🥛✨
