The Company was incorporated on the 11th of February 2000 under the name of WellBond Resources dealing in the supply of office and computer furniture systems; drafting & drawing office equipment and supplies; office equipment and automation systems; office stationery, diaries and corporate premium and gift items. The Company was converted into a private limited Company on 21st of September 2000 and changed its name to WB Resources Sdn Bhd. In line with its expansion, the company has added more product lines to include professional audio and video systems; Projection & Sound Reinforcement Systems; Acoustic & Lighting Systems; Audio-Visual Equipment; Public Address & Conference Systems; Broadcasting Equipment (TV/Radio); Cinematographic & Film Equipment; SMATV, CCTV, & Door Access Systems; PABX & Telecommunication Systems. Currently, we are the authorized Distributor / Dealer / Reseller for a number of well-known brands. For Audio System we are representing: DENON Professional, MARANTZ Professional (www.d-mproasia.com), Electro-Voice (EV), ECLER, TOA, EAW, Mackie, Tascam, DBX, JBL and Allen & Heath. For Microphone System: SHURE, AKG, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica and Beyer-dynamic

In order to be a more specialized supplier / contractor able to provide better service and competitive pricing, the Company has also positioned itself to be a ‘turnkey’ supplier / contractor / system integrator for the above mentioned inclusive of all infrastructural, acoustic and ID works, structural cabling and installation. Following the reorganization and consolidation of the Company’s business activities, a wholly owned subsidiary company under the name of WB Sales & Services Sdn Bhd was incorporated on the 1st July 2004 to take over the trading of non-professional product lines as well as maintenance and after sales service and support. The Company is a member of professional bodies namely: Audio Engineering Society (AES), USA and National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA), USA.
