Defect lock, Bankrupt Lock

This lock bought from us, and our supply comes from a local distributor in KL. They started selling this 4 years ago. Quite hype that time, and we even help to train (become a free trainer) their installation technician

But this brand has a lot, a lot of problem, a lot of after sales. Now that company close down liao. Bankrupt (or don't wana get involved in this business anymore?) Problem is, our this customer still under warranty. Where to get the spare part??? The distributor close down and wash hand liao. But we here still need to answer to our kuching neighbour.

Need to use our thick face find direct until their factory, use some connection.

Funny how usually when we buy electronics, we worry that the local go bankrupt and cannot find after sales. In this case, the country distributor went bankrupt and local seller still there headaching about parts.

Do you know? Last year Philips distributor in Singapore also went bankrupt/ close down? Spare part issue...then.....

A lock is not only need to be strong and durable and hard.
But one top major aspect is, it needs to be BEAUTIFUL. It needs to 'feel' good in our hand.

Else, you shld just never think about buying a BMW or Mercedes or Lambo. Because Perodua is the most durable car and easy spare part.

This successful owner's door and lock need to reflect his status. We need him to feel proud when welcoming visitor or fellow businessman to his home for his next investing venture.

Actually I use AI quite a lot...but only in optimizing operation. Anything the is "customer-facing", I insist all of us must use genuine media and genuine text/ wording.

(but also because i hated AI content, AI video, AI generated sentences, i can smell it from far and it sucks!)

My philosophy in running the company is... delivering genuine, trained, doctor-like expertise & customization & innovation. Not salesman-ship. Not telling you my product can cure cancer, not telling you that my product is all pros and no cons. When you come to me (or my staff), we're all trained to deliver real direct+honest expert knowledge. No flashy salesman pitch and no salesman greatness to convince you to buy any s**t from me

All my staff, Zero Commission. I want them genuine in helping my cust. Once a lock seller earns commission, i believe the 'honest help' is gone. He just wana get what is in your pocket in whatever way.

Over the time, 14 years now, old customers keep on repeating and keep on recommending, customer base keep on growing until actually we can now stop all marketing, and still growing (slowly), all thanks to all our existing customer.

I might never become an IPO millionaire this lifetime with this attitude and way of doing business. But that's never the intention. I enjoy my current work, I enjoy who I am and do what I love (solving problem, innovating solutions, help out neighbour)

Smart Door Lock not a gadget. It is a Thief Prevention & Safety Device. We strongly discourage buying "semi-auto" locking smart door locks. It is not safe

It is useless to have multiple unlocking, phone app, can remote this, can fly, can take picture, can answer phone call, BUT THIEF EASY TO ENTER.

Get full auto lock. If you go to our website, you can download our locksmith rating book of various smart lock models. We give ONE star to those manual locking (or got some loop holes)

We have them all. Black. But we will tell you upfront frankly, it wont look nice after 2 years (1 year if high usage area).

On a few occasion, we lost the sales (because some other seller mention it wont peel, it will last)

My principle is... share the real knowledge ba. Long term trust and business. Even if it meant losing one or two sales to client who trusted some salesman. Let them go ba...
