Nobody really talks about this enough.

Sometimes, “ambil berat” comes from love.

But when does concern become interference?
When does advice start feeling like control?
And when you’re caught between your pasangan and your family… who are you supposed to choose?

The truth is, building a home together doesn’t mean leaving your families behind.

It means learning where the boundaries of your new home begin. 🏡

In our upcoming Heart of Home Series, Registered Counsellor Aisyah Mushadad invites us into an underrated conversation about family interference, boundaries, divided loyalty, and protecting your relationship, without having to “buang keluarga.”

We understand how frustrating the haze it. It affects our daily wellbeing routines, works, studies and business. Jaga dirik kitak orang. If can, wear face mask and avoid outdoor activities for now.

Every home begins with two different stories. 🏡🤍

For our first Heart of Home Series, we’re talking about what happens when two different worlds decide to build one home together.

Different habits, expectations, communication styles—and sometimes, completely different ways of seeing love.

Dalam perkongsian bersama Kupikupi.fm, Aisyah Mushadad mengingatkan kita bahawa grief mungkin kekal menjadi sebahagian daripada kisah hidup, tetapi ia tidak perlu menentukan keseluruhan hidup kita.

Sometimes, what we carry quietly follows us into our relationships, marriage, parenting, and the way we speak to the people we love. Kita mungkin menjadi lebih jauh, mudah rasa overwhelmed, takut untuk berkomunikasi, atau terlupa untuk menjaga diri sendiri.

Through The Heart of Home Series, Aisyah invites us to pause, understand what we carry, and build healthier ways to connect—with ourselves and with the people closest to us.

Because healing is not about erasing the dot.
It is about creating a life that is bigger than it.

✨ Two webinars. One physical workshop.
Something meaningful is coming with Aisyah Mushadad.

Being supportive does not mean having all the answers, it begins with knowing how to listen, understand and respond with care. 💛

On 20 July 2026, our trainer, Jesynthia Wong (KBPA), facilitated the “Introduction to Supportive Communication and Basic Helping Skills” workshop during Memori Mekrang for NTW with WRK.

Through interactive learning and practical exercises, participants explored active listening, empathetic communication and the P.A.C.E. framework for responding to emotional situations. They also learned the important difference between helping and fixing, when professional referral may be needed, and how to maintain healthy boundaries while supporting others.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful support we can offer is simply creating a safe space for someone to feel heard.

TJiWA is introducing an updated service structure to support professional counselling, workplace wellbeing and wider access to mental health support.

This update includes our revised counselling fees and packages, the TJiWA Access Fund, Teduh Untukmu, Teduh Forward and clearer corporate wellbeing options.

This is not only a pricing update.

It is part of our commitment to build a model of care that is sustainable for clients, fair for counsellors and accessible for those facing financial barriers.

Thank you for being part of this new chapter with us.
