This was our little Cravyn family behind KFF 2026. 🤍

Some were part of the set-up team, some were in the kitchen, some were running operations, some were behind the camera…

And then we had our unofficial “multi-tasking department” 😂

They’ve been with me for years, mostly handling Vala, but somehow whenever Cravyn is short of hands, they will appear and help me with whatever needs to be done.

And yes… finally you can see my mum in the group photo. 😂

I kept telling her, “You need to be in this photo. You’re very important.”

After persuading her again and again, she finally agreed to stand with us. 🤍

A few of our team couldn’t make it for the dinner, but that’s okay.

This was never a big team.

Actually, throughout KFF, I kept thinking everyone must be exhausted because this year turned out to be so much more than we expected.

Then one of my kitchen team told me something that stayed with me:

“Our team may be small, but we have the spirit to handle a big mission.”

And I think that describes this team perfectly.

Small team, but everyone knew when to step in, when to help, and when to just get things done.

Some were baking.
Some were packing.
Some were serving.
Some were running around solving problems.
And some were doing a bit of everything. 😂

I really feel very blessed to have this group of people supporting me through KFF 2026.

Mission complete. 🤍

Most of them are still here building Cravyn with us, while a few have gone back to their usual routines after KFF.

But for those few crazy weeks, this was our little KFF family.

Small team.
Big commitment.
One unforgettable mission.

We honestly didn’t expect this little bag to become part of your KFF photos.

At first, we just wanted to make something that could carry Cravyn home properly.

But during KFF, we started seeing customers carrying it around the festival, bringing it home, and even styling it in their own way.

Some visitors from overseas also told us the bag felt meaningful to bring back home with them, as a little memory from their visit to Kuching.

That really touched us.

The design was inspired by Kuching and Sarawak, the place Cravyn comes from.

The river, the bridge, the cat, the hornbill, the orangutan, the rafflesia, and little icons we grew up seeing are all part of the design.

So maybe it is not just a cooler bag.

Maybe it is a small piece of Kuching you get to take home with your Cravyn moment.

Before Cravyn had a booth, it had my mum’s dream.

She once dreamed of starting her own business. Later, life became about raising us and taking care of the family. But I think that dream never really left her.

Today, Cravyn carries part of that dream forward.

She bakes. I build the brand. The team serves. And every day, we learn from the customers who stop by, ask, try, buy and come back again.

At KFF, people may first notice the booth, the lights, the flowers or the display.

But what we really hope they remember is the taste.

Because behind every cake in the chiller, there are hours of baking, cooling, packing and preparing.

Every slice is cut, weighed and packed by the team.

This is the kind of brand I want Cravyn to become.

Not only beautiful to look at.
Not only good for photos.
But something with story, quality and taste that people come back for.

Still baking.
Still serving.
Still learning.
Still building.
