Coach Param, well known in year 2001 as a long distance runner with great winning records for 4 years and also represent Malaysia in Asian Games , After serious Injury he left the athletics world and began his career in Multi Level Marketing as part time Distributor in year 2006 and start working carier with First Solar Malaysia in 2007 as a Warehouse Team Lead,After 5 years of Team Lead experience , He continue his career in Multi-Level Marketing as a full time network marketer in year 2012. This has led him to complete Train the Trainer course under National Competency Standard, HRDF Exemption , Certified Learning Caster and Certified as a professional in Digital Marketing by ICDL perform various training under Perkeso , NCER ,MASHA University (Bina Kerjaya Madani ) & HRDF Micro credential program’s such as Digital Marketing ,Social Media Marketing , Selling like a Pro , leadership & Team Building Trainings for Developers & Property companies , Digital Entrepreneurship & Facebook Marketing Strategy & Social media platforms & strategies as well. Coach Param passionate about making a difference and build a safe and conducive learning environment that empowers participants to authentically discover new Learning style with theory & practical training.
