The Management of IFLS Corporate Services Ltd, hereinafter called the "The Company", has decided as of today, 1st day of Oct 2022, to prohibit entirely access to its services for all Russian and Belarus citizens. Russian citizens have already been prohibited 🚫 from the establishment of new companies.
We are now widening our restrictions and withdraw ourselves ENTIRELY from ALL corporate services provisioning for citizens with passports from Russia and Belarus, dual citizenship involving one of these countries, and citizens of Russia or Belarus residing outside their country of origin. This will result in the cancellation of all nominee mandates, resignation as corporate services provider (CSP), as registered agent and registered office services provider and a stop of all ongoing services including but not limited to bank account openings, certificate issuance, email and telephone support.
Currently ongoing services such as account openings prior to approval, registration of companies, licenses applications with regulators and similar will be terminated as of today. Already paid invoices for these affected and now to be cancelled services are to be adjusted to the customers partially or fully, depending on their current status of completion.
All affected customers are being given 14 days to communicate their new CSP/ registered agent and office details to The Company.
Extensions will not be granted.
Failure to do so will result in an automated information/reporting to the Company registrars in the country of incorporation who then may take on their behalf actions to dissolve companies without the owner's/ Director's consent.
We are regretting to announce all these measures, but dignity, the sovereignty of countries and their territories, our code of ethics and a moral responsibility leave us no other choice than to support the international community to combat the shameless warlord ambitions of the Russian president towards the Ukraine and its citizens.
IFLS Corporate Services Ltd does furthermore reserve the right to extend the restrictions in service provisioning to nationals and customers of other countries if they express sympathy and support for the Russian aggression and threats by its President against the civilized world.
