if during the recording the customer keeps interrupting, giving opinions, or talking to the technician, it may:
Disrupt the technician’s thought process and explanation flow, causing the main points to become unclear;
Create inconsistencies in the video, which may lead the manufacturer to misunderstand that the issue was caused by the user;
Result in the loss of the best evidence to claim warranty, which could ultimately be unfavorable to the customer.
After the recording is completed, customers are welcome to share their opinions or questions, and we will provide additional explanations immediately.
若在录影期间,顾客不断插话、提出意见或与技术员对话,往往会:
干扰技术员的思路与讲解顺序,导致重点模糊;
让影片内容出现不一致的说法,使厂方误会问题由使用者造成;
失去争取保固的最佳证据,反而对顾客不利。
录影结束后,顾客可自由提出意见或问题,我们会立即再做补充说明。
