As of July 23, 2025, a total of 77 parcel owners have contributed to the litigation fund. The deadline is 31/07/2025.

Due to the confusion regarding the non-refundable clause, we hope this explanation will clarify matters for some parties. A non-refundable contribution to the litigation fund means that contributors who have paid the contribution will not be refunded even though he/she decide to withdraw it while the Court process is in progress. However, any excess payment by the contributors will be refunded should the cost of litigation be lower than the contribution paid after the Court process ends.
