Aikka Plastic Primer Grey is a solvent-based automotive primer specially formulated to improve paint adhesion on Polypropylene (PP) plastic surfaces.
Designed for professional automotive refinishing, it provides a reliable foundation for subsequent paint coatings on PP plastic components such as bumpers, spoilers and other suitable automotive plastic parts.

1st Coat — Light to Medium Coat
2nd Coat — Full Wet Coat
Touch Dry @ 30°C:
Approx. 2–3 minutes

🛠️ SURFACE PREPARATION
For new, unprimed PP plastic surfaces, thoroughly clean and degrease the repair area before application.
Use a grey scuff pad with matting paste and warm water to properly prepare the plastic surface.
For repaired plastic areas, finish the surface with P320 -P600 before primer application.
Before spraying, ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from grease, wax and other contaminants.
