Here’s a look at something we’ve been working on behind the scenes! We’ve partnered up with a local farm, AJ Coffee Estate, to start off our “Sarawak Liberica Future” project 💫

Inspired by our passion for coffee, this project aims to support local farmers with their Liberica coffee. Over the past few months, we’ve made regular visits to fly over and support them by educating and passing on knowledge regarding coffee processing and techniques that would help them produce higher quality coffee.

We strive to develop processing methods that highlight the unique character of Sarawak Liberica, as the project is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of Sarawak Liberica through innovation, research, and collaboration ☕🤝💙

Here’s a wrap for today’s La Marzocco Roadshow! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a day of coffee, learning, and meaningful conversations!

Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to explore the La Marzocco Strada X, GS3 MP, Pico and Jay through hands on demos, cupped Cofinet’s premium selection of beans, and had TJ from Giffard Malaysia and Calvin from Classic Fine Foods Sdn Bhd mix up tasty coffee concoctions with the GS3 AV behind the bar.

It’s always a great time seeing likeminded coffee enthusiasts connect through a shared passion for coffee ☕💙
