*Apa yang kita boleh buat bila skolah anak ada +ve covid?*
1. Dont panic! Bila emosi kita terganggu, immune system kita pon akan affected. So just keep calm. Covid memang dah wjud and akan sentiasa ada. So the best yg kita bole buat, is strengthen immune system
2. Sunning! Expose pada cahaya matahari. Biar anak main kat bawah cahaya matahari. Sunlight boost immune system kita jugak
3. Kumur-kumur. Penting sangat! Sebab bila bacteria/ virus etc attack, tempat yg first akan pergi adalah tekak, saluran nafas etc. So bila kita kumur2, kita dah elakkan germs dari terus membiak
4. Oiling! Banyakkan oiling eo yg boost immune system macam thieves, clove, oregano. RC utk support respiratory
5. Balance diet & eat more fruits & vegies. Kadang tak larat dah nak telan sayur bebanyak, bole ambik ningxia red or juicing
6. Cut sugar! Gula benda yg lemahkan immune system.
