空运体积计算法

根据空运货运标准计算，收取重量根据体积重量或实重，按哪个较重就取较重来计算。
体积计算 = （长x宽x高 cm）/ 6000 = 抛重
例子1：实重1.5KG，抛重 3.3KG，将以4KG计算
例子2：实重5.2KG，抛重1.2KG，将以6KG计算
