Her Ladyship began her judicial career in 1985 and has since built an exceptional track record across all levels of the Malaysian judiciary. From serving as a Magistrate, Sessions Court Judge, and Registrar of the High Court, to her appointments as Judicial Commissioner (2009), High Court Judge (2011), Court of Appeal Judge (2017), and ultimately the Federal Court (2020) — her journey reflects deep institutional knowledge and leadership.

Now serving as the Managing Judge of the Sarawak Courts, Her Ladyship actively champions the use of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation and negotiation, to drive more efficient and practical outcomes in legal disputes.

Her keynote will bring invaluable perspective to the evolving role of ADR in construction and beyond.

The roundtable featured participation from HongKit Leong and Shalenny Carino, representing L2 | ESG ADR Forum, alongside leading construction and ADR practitioners from across the region.
