Hi I’m Auntie Michelle and I have 25yrs of flying experience before I started my journey as an Investor and property management. Life was pretty good as a flight attendant because despite getting my monthly salary form my flying carrier, I do have some side income by doing some personal shopping for some friends when l travel to overseas. All this luxury was all gone when covid-19 hit us. I lost 80% of my 5-figure income immediately when the pandemic hit us. Lucky thing 5 years back I started my property investment journey with a group of friends. We have closed several bulk purchases with developer and eventually went into sub sale market to play the NO MONEY DOWN investment. buying several properties from developer and sub sale, my property has finally gotten vacant possession. I was excited and overwhelming because I finally get the chance to try out all the strategy that I have learn from my gurus, but at the same time I’m worry and scared that I might not be able to pay all my property installment. I told myself I have no turning back; my only option is to move forward and do whatever It take to pay my installment. What do you do when you have a SOFO unit that starts as a simple open-space concept?

At Edelweiss, we saw an opportunity to transform the space into something much more.
