Heres a Gibson Les Paul Custom 1954 Reissue VOS ~ this is probably one of the earliest Les Paul Custom ever created. Unlike the gold top version, the custom is finished in black with white bindings and mother of pearl inlays. Reasons behind the design is to make more appealing in the televisions before they had colours backed then according Les Paul himself. It is also very similar to the LPC 57 version with a difference in pickup type. The P90s on this guitar sounded like a fat single coil and doesnt felt muddy in dialling tones. Nice for chordings and rifts, i personally felt that this guitar is pretty future proof with its feature. What can i say … at some point the EBMM Majesty V1 Preamp will have to be replaced. In this particular case, the battery leaked and affected the battery compartment to fail. Then the preamp starts to fail too, and there was no replacement for the battery compartment but changing the whole preamp to latest V2 Preamp Circuit. The 1st replacement preamp came and it didn’t work as it should and the 2nd one (with hand to hand soldered point between the board and push/push switch) finally solved the issue. Now it’s as good as new and functioning well.

Here’s another batch of Gibson guitars arrived for QC and setup ~ recently theres are lot orders for R9s and LPC ‘68, really good guitars in terms of playabilty, sound and value. Theres a new RD model too, feels like firebird but sounded like Explorer/SG 💪 check em out at Music Bliss/ Gibson Avenue
