Mr. Jeff Chong
Mr. Jeff Chong is one of the pioneer Senior Estate Planner at Rockwills with over 30 years of experience in estate planning. He has personally written more than 6,000 Wills throughout his career.
He was a panel speaker at the Joint Global Business Conference 2025, organized by the Malaysia Law Institution, where he spoke on Cross-Border International Estate Planning alongside legal professionals from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
Mr. Jeff Chong was also recognized in the Shanghai Elite Entrepreneurs – Book of Fame 2024.
He is a frequent speaker on Will & Trust planning, having presented at major platforms including the International Property & Investment Exhibition at KLCC, PWTC, and Mid Valley Convention Centre, as well as for corporations, associations, and professional bodies.
Ms. Tay Chuu Lin , Low & Partners
Ms. Tay Chuu Lin is a legal practitioner at Messrs. Low & Partners, specializing in Probate and Estate Administration. She graduated from the University of London in 2018.
In her practice, she advises and represents executors and administrators, ensuring compliance with legal duties and the efficient administration and distribution of estates. Ms. Tay also regularly organizes and delivers public talks on estate administration, providing practical insights into inheritance procedures and the roles of executors and administrators.
