Piceri is a boutique recruitment and training specialist that headhunts and prepares young talent for the “real” world. Our clients are employers looking for talented young individuals to join them – the organisations range from multinational corporations to local small and medium size enterprises. As a part of our recruitment business, we assess and coach our candidates prior to recommending them to relevant employers. We also develop and run training workshops that cover a gamut of areas, from “Interview Preparation” to “Leadership Skills”. At the helm of Piceri are two young entrepreneurs, Su Ching and Shea‐Fee, who moved on from their jobs as consultants at a global management consultancy to take on a new challenge. At Piceri, we believe that anyone can be a star – they just need to know what they want and how to get it – and it is this underlying motto that drives our business.
