探索内在状态

同一件事，
在不同状态下，
会有不同的感受、反应与选择。

有时候，我们会在压力里变得紧绷、急躁、容易怀疑自己；
有时候，我们又会在放松与安定中，看见更清楚的方向与更多可能。

也许，影响我们的，
不只是发生了什么事，
而是我们正处于什么样的内在状态。

《探索内在状态》是一场结合互动体验、觉察练习与引导过程的体验式工作坊。
透过不同的练习与体验，你将更了解：

✦ 状态如何影响我们的情绪、思维与行为
✦ 为什么同一件事，在不同状态下会有不同感受
✦ 如何觉察自己惯常停留的内在模式
✦ 如何进入更放松、更有资源、更有力量的状态

这不是一堂单纯听讲的课程，
而是一场亲身去感受、去发现、去理解自己的过程。

当你开始看见自己的状态，
你会发现—
原来你比想象中更有选择。

《Exploring Inner States》

The same situation can feel completely different depending on the inner state we are in.

At times, stress can make us feel tense, reactive, or doubtful.
At other times, calmness and clarity allow us to see more possibilities and respond differently.

Perhaps what shapes our experience is not only what happens around us,
but also the inner state from which we meet life.

Exploring Inner States is an experiential workshop that combines interactive exercises, awareness practices, and guided inner exploration.

Through this workshop, you will begin to discover:

✦ how inner states influence emotions, thoughts, and behaviors
✦ why the same situation can feel different in different states
✦ how to recognize your habitual inner patterns
✦ how to access more grounded, resourceful, and empowered states

This is not just a workshop to listen.
It is a space to experience, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply.

When you begin to see your inner states more clearly,
you may discover that you have more choice than you think.
