116 new leads in 1 week with 0 spend on ads...
I caught up with a client of mine who just added 116 new leads in 1 week with 0 spend on ads.

When we met back in Feb, he was stressed because business was slow due to the Chinese New Year holiday break which affected him with 2 weeks worth of customers.

We needed to solve this problem quickly and start getting customers back to his business in order to catch up with the missed opportunities during the break.

So here's what we did:
1. Created 1 desirable offer with 1 social content.
2. Streamlined into 1 conversion tool.
3. Picked 1 trust building method.

And the result, 116 new leads added into his pipeline with just 1 social content (just words, no video) in 1 week with 0 spend on ads.

When it comes to getting more leads, most coaches and consultants make either 1 of these 3 MISTAKES:
1. Spending money on ads too early in the business.
2. Posting on too many online platforms.
3. Having a marketing system that is too complex.

Why is it a mistake?
1. You're most likely paying too much for a lead because the proper system and processes are yet to be time-tested and proven for optimisation.
2. Your presence is being stretched thinly and it takes a lot of work to keep up with the contents and being able to post each day.
3. You're finding it difficult to consolidate, track and monitor your lead flow and pipeline.

Just hit a record week with 50k+ closed deals... after getting clear about passion and profit.

I just got a message from a client that I coach who just did his highest record week, 50k+ closed deals for his coaching business. He feels more fulfilled and full of energy now after knowing that he can have both passion and profit in running a business.

Before we met, he was struggling in rekindling his passion again for the coaching business that he has been running for over 10 years now.

Passion vs. Profit can you have both in your coaching and consulting business?

Passion will tell you to start your business without a clear idea of who you’re serving or how you’ll make money.

Passion will tell you that loving what you do is the best reason to start a business.

Passion will also up and LEAVE the second things get challenging. And then what? (Because business gets really challenging, really quick!)

There's a famous saying: "If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life." While this holds true for some people, following your passion and not being able to pay your bills might not be very fun in the end.

On the flip side, if it's all about profits and no passion then the trade of is you'll have a successful business but lack fulfilment and excitement waking up daily. It feels like a job all over again.

So my question is, why not have both? Is it possible?

I personally don't think there's a wrong answer when it comes to choosing between a business you're passionate about or one that you’re guaranteed to be successful in.

It depends on your current life situation. If you are in a position where you can take risks, then pursue the business that you are passionate about. If building financial stability is important, then create a business you know will succeed.

When it comes to creating contents, most coaches and consultants either don't know where to start or creating too much contents and it feels like a hit or miss.

This is most likely due to 3 things:
1. No content strategy - posting for the sake of it but not generating engagements from potential clients.
2. Wrong content strategy - posting frequently and consistently with engagements but not converting into potential clients.
3. Too many content strategies - not sure which one to follow and it doesn't suit your style or personality. You feel like you're forced to be someone you're not.

The reason is most content strategy that is being taught have one thing in common. Which is it involves selling and marketing skills, that is why it can feel awkward and overwhelming. (unless you're a pro internet marketer or know what you're doing)

And the result is:
You know that creating contents are important for your business but the process of content creation can be draining.

But the good news is:
There is a better way and all you need is just ONE strategy.
The solution to this is to create SERVING contents rather than SELLING contents.

Closed 15k in less than 30mins…

I just got a message from a client that I coach who just closed a 15k deal for his consulting services (80% profit margin) in less than 30mins.

When we first met, he was having trouble in offering his services because he has too many offers and every potential client that comes in requires a customized proposal and quotation.

He finds this process frustrating and it will usually take 2-3 appointments with a 1-2 hour long meeting in order to convince the client to even take up a 3k offer.

We needed to solve this problem quickly because his pipeline is starting to clog up with pending proposals and potential clients are slipping through the cracks.

So here’s what we did:
1. Created an offer by design (to suit his delivery model) and not by default (which is to suit the client's request).
2. Stopped sending proposals (which is like a recipe list). Started to offer his services like a roadmap leveraged with pre-defined routes.
3. Created 1 "hard-to-say-no" offer using the subway method for both his 3k and even his 30k deals.

And the result, closed a 15k deal in less than 30mins with just 1 "hard-to-say-no" offer. No customized proposals and quotations needed.
