CERTIFIED INTERNATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL MANAGER (CIPM)
This is a specialist course designed in collaboration with the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) UK. This international case studies-based program is targeted at middle managers and senior managers with a minimum working experience of three years in any managerial position in pharmaceutical companies. Participants will be guided and trained in analysing real-life case studies and present their findings on each case study. These vital analytical skills and the ability to present and justify decisions are the core learning outcome of these 10 days CIPM program. Selection of case studies are done by IPMA’s Education and Training Development Committee based on the core business activities and global issues faced by the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries around the world. This will help our participants to recognise the industry’s challenges globally and lead them to apply the relevant solutions at their workplace. This application of knowledge and skills are captured as a PROJECT PAPER for final assessment and certification by IPMA. All successful participants who have completed the Work Based Project Paper shall be awarded with the Certified Status as a PROFESSIONAL MANAGER in the pharmaceutical industry.

1 Day Seminar in Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) in Malaysia

Introduction
AEO Scheme is developed by RMCD based on a concept introduced by the SAFE Framework of Standard, World Customs Organization (WCO). It is referring to operators involved in the movement of goods along the international trade supply chain who have achieved the required security standards and are accredited by the member country. Businesses who complied and certified by RMCD as AEO operator stand to procure benefits including lower rate of physical inspections of imported/exported goods, faster release of shipments, preferential treatment by Customs Authorities, and deferred payment of duties.
The objectives of this one-day seminar is to help participants understand the AEO requirements and the benefits that can be gained in achieving AEO status. It will guide you through the application process and enable you to help your organisation achieve and crucially, maintain AEO status. The course will also highlight the pitfalls that companies typically experience and explain how to avoid delays and mistakes
The Speaker
The speaker for the seminar will be Dr Nor Ain Zainuddin, currently a Superintendent Officer for Royal Malaysian Customs Department located at Cyberjaya, Selangor.
In 2020 she was the unit head for Agent control and AEO Account Manager (AM) for KLIA. With her vast experience in AEO programme implementation, she is a walking dictionary on AEO requirements.
She has conducted numerous seminars on AEO programme to create awareness to various industries. She also performed regular AEO auditing on companies already certified AEO to ensure compliance.
In this seminar she will share her knowledge on AEO safety and security requirements and provide guidance on audit compliance checklist.
