"I just graduated with a degree in business/banking/accountancy/etc. & just being employed in a bank. For my career-path in the banking industry which route shall i choose i.e. pursue my Master level at IPTA/IPTS or attend the certification program at AICB, CIIF, ASAS, IBFIM...++.?"
It depends:
If you intend to become a lecturer one day then you should choose the tertiary education route from Master to PhD & get a Dr. title.
If you choose to become a professional banker one day with at a least C-suite level i.e. CEO, CFO, CRO, CCO, CSO etc. then choose the certification/chartered qualification route & be awarded with the professional titles such as CB, CPIF, CSA, CSP, CA, CPA etc.
It's your call coz banking industry; be it Conventional or Islamic is going towards professionalism i.e. you need to be certified or have a charter title for career development in the near future targetted by Y2022.

Genuine joy of learning, in my humble opinion, is learning for the sake of learning itself. While this may seem circular, what is really meant is that knowledge is an end in itself, and not merely an end among all other ends, but the highest end for mankind.

IB 101 - "Tawarruq" or commonly known as Commodity Murabahah (CM) is most popularly used by IBs in Malaysia. It is a form of monetizing the assets normally a commodity - Crude Palm Oil (CPO) which is fast-selling to get cash without resorting to loans+interest for personal or business uses that is forbidden in Shariah.
Despite some differences amongst scholars in Islamic Jurisprudence due to its structurally crafted process which is termed as Tawarruq Munazzam as opposed to Tawarruq Fiqh, it is still the best available concept to suit the IBs which are just financial intermediaries in meeting the needs of the depositors/investors (high return with guarateed principal) and the individuals/entrepreneurs (low cost with no collateral).
