It was an honour for MIHRM Northern Region to participate in the recent "Managing A.I. Disruption, Remote Work & Retrenchment Risks" held in JEN Hotel Georgetown Penang, jointly organised by Jeeva Partnership and MICCI, bringing together HR professionals, legal experts and business leaders to discuss the future of work.

Representing MIHRM, Mr. Selvaraju, Chairman of MIHRM Northern Region, joined the panel to share HR leadership perspectives on topics including Flexible Working Arrangements (FWA), psychological safety, workplace investigations, return-to-office strategies, performance management, and employee wellbeing.
