Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
Use promotional methods such as phone calls, and emails to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.

Job Description

· Perform system configuration, software and hardware installation, data migration, data integration and testing.

· Responsible to conduct system training, on-site support and online support to customers

· Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving application issues escalated by customers.

Job Requirement:
Diploma or Professional Degree

· At least 1 years working experience in software industry.

· Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin (mandarin preferred as role required to deal with the mandarin speaking clients), Bahasa Malaysia.

· Applicants must be willing travel and posses own transport.

· Willing to constantly pick up new knowledge.

· Have excellent problem-solving skills and effective time management.

Requirements:
• Technical Knowledge on C # programming / HTML5 / Jquery / CSS
• Providing technical design or approach for a business problem
• Familiar with SQL on any of the RDBMS – MSSQL
• Familiar with Visual Studio and .NET Framework
• Familiar with Web Services development
• Understanding coding practices, code quality and code coverage
• Good team player and coordination skills

Responsibilities:
• Development skills considering quality, extensibility, reusability, performance, reliability and security
• Excellent debugging and analysis skills, identifying fixes for reported issues by business team/users in production
• Supporting delivered projects during warranty period
• Requirement and impact analysis either for new business requirements or for modifying existing application
• Managing code quality in terms of code practices and design
• Participating in performance tuning/improvement
• Coordinating dependencies with onsite and any other external teams
