sports, physical and skills assessment. Assessment of physical ability and skills is primarily used to determine individual’s strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, it can also be used to monitor and improve the individual’s performance. The ability to objectively quantify and compare discrete skills differences between individuals is almost impossible using human perception. The inability to standardize these unseen elements of skill has resulted in heavy dependency in manual measurement of individual physical conditions. Conventional assessment techniques rely on human observation and judgment. They are prone to opinion, subjective, and can be biased depending on the perceptions of the observer or the trainer. Therefore, the implementation of automated devices to accurately measure the physical assessment and skills may provide some advantages. Individuals can be analyzed quickly by running through a number of physical routines that can be instantly recorded. The automated devices can record various individual performances which would not be observable by a trainer watching the individual, particularly for fast-moving sports that require a combination of athleticism and vision. With the use of a variety of sensors and selected electronic components, the staffs and technical advisors at Meas-Tech Solutions Sdn. Bhd., have transformed many of these manual assessment techniques into more meaningful, accurate, unbiased, automated physical and skills assessment devices which are portable, battery-operated and can be used for indoor or outdoor activities.

Punca Keracunan Makanan, Papan Pemotong

Kita ni sebenarnya, masyarakat yang sangat menjaga kesihatan, menjaga kecantikan dan paling penting sentiasa berfikir dan bertindak - family come first. 👍👍

Kadang2 jer terlepas pandang kan. Antaranya chopping board. Masak punyalah sedap. Siap display lagi tiba2 alahmak chopping board ku dah banyak peta dunia . Penuh kesan calar-balar, berdaki dan hitam.

So...kena tukarlah kot

Perkongsian terbaru dari Public Heatlh Malaysia melaporkan papan pemotong yang sebegini merupakan salah satu punca utama food poisoning seterusnya dapat ler cirit-birit dan sakit perut.

Sebabnya kesan calar dan rekahan pada permukaan papan pemotong mungkin terselit kuman berbahaya yang kebiasaannya terdapat pada daging dan ikan seperti Salmonella, E Coli dan banyak lagi.

Tambah PHM, kajian yang telah dilakukan membuktikan setiap 1 cm persegi papan pemotong mengandungi lebih 24 ribu bakteria. Ini bermakna kadar kotor papan pemotong adalah 200 kali ganda lebih banyak berbanding kuman di tempat duduk tandas!🤢🤢🤢

Jadi saranan mereka ialah gantikan papan pemotong jika telah ada kesan calar dan berdaki dan sebaiknya asingkan papan pemotong mengikut kegunaan, satu untuk bahan mentah dan satu lagi untuk sayuran dan buah-buahan.

Lihatlah papan pemotong cik kak di rumah dan di kedai kedai makan. Dah penuh dengan calar balar, berdaki dan hitam kah. So , sendiri mau ingat ya.
