BEFORE YOU RENT, CHECK FIRST.
A good location, reasonable rental and suitable floor area don't necessarily mean a business premise is ready for your use.
One common issue we encounter is office floors being subdivided into smaller tenanted units without proper consideration of building and fire-safety requirements.
These subdivisions may create dead-end situations or other compliance issues. Even if your own unit appears compliant, problems in another unit on the same floor could affect your BOMBA approval.
That's why checking the building's approval status and approved layout is important before signing your tenancy agreement.
Check first. Sign later.
Discover compliance issues before they become costly problems.
