🚨 Why Most Problem-Solving Reports Don't Solve Problems

Have you ever seen a problem-solving report with:

đź“„ 20 pages of analysis

đź“Š Lots of charts

đź“· Many photos

đź“‘ Endless appendices
..but after reading everything, one question remains:

âť“ What is the real problem?

The issue isn't the amount of information.

The issue is the lack of clear thinking.

Good problem solving should answer five simple questions:

âś… What is the problem?

âś… What caused it?

âś… What should we do?

âś… Who will do it?

âś… Did it work?

Less paperwork.

More thinking.

Better decisions.

Ramadan is ending… but is our transformation ending too?

As Ramadan comes to an end, many of us are reflecting on our journey with the Qur’an 🤲

Alhamdulillah, many were able to complete it —
not because we are strong, but because Allah made it possible.

But beyond completion, we ask ourselves:

👉 Has the Qur’an changed us, even a little?

Has our heart become softer?
Are we more patient?

More aware of Allah… more conscious of our akhirah?

Because completing the Qur’an is one thing…
but allowing it to transform us is something deeper.

This Ramadan taught us something very powerful:

👉 Consistency, even with struggle, is better than perfection

There were days we were tired.
Days we were distracted.
Days we needed help just to continue.
But we kept going — and that itself is a blessing.

It reminds us of something we believe strongly in Lean:

👉 We don’t rely only on motivation. We build systems and habits that bring us back to what matters.

Now the real journey begins.
Can we continue, even with one page a day?
Can we keep the Qur’an close to us beyond Ramadan?
Because improvement does not stop after one milestone…
and neither should our connection with the Qur’an.

May Allah accept from all of us —
those who completed,
those who are still trying,
and those who struggled but did not give up
Allahumma taqabbal minna 🤲
