🚨 AutoCount users — have you approved your invoice but nothing is being sent to LHDN?

No validation. No error. Just silence.

This is one of the most confusing AutoCount e-invoice issues we're seeing from finance teams right now — and the cause is something most people would never think to check.

Here's what's happening:

AutoCounts's Consolidated E-Invoice setting is enabled by default during the relaxation period. This means your invoices are being queued for month-end batch submission instead of being sent to LHDN individually. Your invoice isn't lost — it's just waiting in a queue you didn't know existed.

The fix:
✅ For a single invoice — open it, untick the Consolidated E-Invoice checkbox, save. It submits immediately.
✅ For all future invoices — go to E-Invoice → Settings → Allow Interim Relaxation Period → untick or change the date. Every new invoice will now submit individually, automatically.

Still getting the State Code 17 error in SQL Accounting — even after the last fix? 🚨

Last week we covered the seller-side version of this error. This week, we're seeing the exact same error message appearing from the supplier side — and the cause is something most finance teams would never think to check.

❌ "State Codes 17 should be used for Consolidated Invoice only"

The culprit? A missing postcode in your company profile.

Here's why it matters: LHDN uses your postcode to identify which state your business is in and assign the correct state code to every e-invoice. Leave that field blank, and the system defaults to State Code 17 — which LHDN reserves exclusively for consolidated invoices. The moment you submit an individual invoice with that code, it gets rejected automatically.

One empty field. One immediate rejection.

The fix takes two minutes:
✅ Log in as Admin
✅ Go to Company Profile
✅ Key in your company postcode
✅ Save — then revalidate
