Your employees aren’t fine.

They’re showing up. They’re hitting KPIs. They’re sitting in meetings and nodding at the right moments.
But something is off.

Absenteeism is creeping up. Turnover is climbing. The ones who stay are quieter than they used to be. And HR can’t quite pinpoint why, because the problems aren’t visible. They’re psychosocial.

Stress from unclear roles. Anxiety from poor leadership.

Burnout from cultures that reward presence over wellbeing.

Here’s what most employers don’t realise: under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, you’re already responsible for managing these risks. DOSH has mandated psychosocial risk assessment through PRisMA. Non-compliance can result in fines up to RM500,000.

But compliance isn’t the real reason to act. The real reason is this: your people are telling you something. And right now, most organisations aren’t equipped to listen.

PRisMA gives you the framework to hear what’s actually happening, and to do something meaningful about it.
If you’re in HR, occupational safety, or the C-suite, this is no longer optional.

We run DOSH-authorised PRisMA assessments led by certified Psychosocial Trained Persons. If this is on your radar, it should be on your calendar.

Leadership is not built overnight.

It is shaped through discipline, consistency, self-awareness and the quiet decisions made when no one is watching.

Real leaders protect their energy, manage themselves well, stay committed to growth and lead with integrity not performance.

Because credibility is not something you announce.
It is something people experience through your actions.

Lead yourself well first.
Everything else follows.

Some stories endure because they speak to something deeply human.

The story of Haajar is one of them.

At its core, it is a story about sacrifice not just in the physical sense, but in believing in something before you can see the outcome.

Left in a barren desert with no visible security, no certainty, and no clear answers, she still kept moving forward.

That feels familiar to leadership.

Many leaders go through “desert seasons”:

carrying responsibility while exhausted, building something others do not yet understand, making decisions without guarantees and continuing despite doubt, pressure, or loneliness.

The real sacrifice of leadership is often invisible.

It is trading comfort for responsibility, certainty for conviction, and immediate rewards for long-term impact.

What stands out most is that Haajar did not simply wait for relief to arrive. She ran between Safa and Marwah. There was trust, but there was also effort.

That is what leadership often looks like too: showing up before recognition com

Last week, the ARAH team had the opportunity to attend the IWFCIM Investment & Impact Forum 2026 a meaningful platform bringing together conversations around valuation, ESG, sustainability, leadership and investment readiness.

We were honoured to contribute to the dialogue by sharing perspectives on the importance of brand equity in the valuation of companies seeking investment. In today’s landscape, valuation extends far beyond numbers on a balance sheet. Investors are increasingly looking at trust, reputation, positioning, leadership credibility, customer perception, governance, and the strength of a company’s narrative.

A strong brand is no longer just a marketing asset it is a business asset. It influences investor confidence, market differentiation, long-term resilience and enterprise value.

The forum also offered valuable insights into ESG metrics, ethical growth, impact-driven enterprises and the evolving expectations placed on businesses navigating a rapidly changing world.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, reconnect with industry peers, and engage with leaders who are actively shaping the future of sustainable and responsible business.

Thank you to IWFCIM, the organisers, speakers and fellow participants for the meaningful conversations and shared perspectives.

Everyone sees the big title.
The CEO meetings. The Big decisions. The stoic composure under pressure.

What they don't see is what it costs.

The mental weight of solving problems that don't have clean answers. The loneliness of carrying decisions that affect people's lives, livelihoods, and futures. The quiet exhaustion of showing up - again - when no one asks how you're doing.

And still, the expectation remains: leaders should always know.

We don't believe that.

We believe the best leaders aren't the ones with all the answers, they're the ones willing to pause long enough to find the right ones.
That's why we created Leaders' Clarity Circle.

A private, honest space for founders, executives, and decision-makers to step back from the noise. To think clearly. To recalibrate. To sharpen how they see the problem, and themselves.
No performance or posturing. Just real conversations between leaders navigating real pressure.

Because getting clarity isn't a luxury. It's a necessity for your leadership. Sometimes one clear decision changes everything.

If this speaks to where you are right now, join us.

Limited seats available. Reserve yours today.

If your heart as a leader isn't in it, why should your people believe?
When leaders disengage, performance follows

73% of managers globally are disengaged.
Only 27% are actually engaged.

Let that sink in.

And yet, these are the people leading your teams.

This isn’t a motivation problem.
It’s a leadership system failure.

Disengaged leaders → Disengaged culture → Declining performance.

If your leaders are not okay, your organisation will not be either.

👉 Let’s diagnose your leadership reality.
