FUSIONBRAND is looking for a Social Media Executive / Content Creator to join our growing team, someone who lives and breathes social, knows their way around a content calendar, and isn't afraid to pitch the wild idea in the room.

This isn't a fresh-grad role. We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of agency or in-house experience who's ready to level up.

What you'll be doing:
• Helping strategise, ideate, and plan monthly content calendars
• Writing copy and captions that are engaging, memorable, and clever
• Creating graphics and video content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and whatever platform pops up next
• Managing client pages, channels, and communities (posts, comments, conversations, the works)
• Scheduling content for publication at optimal times
• Identifying and engaging KOLs, advocates, and influencers
• Running and managing paid ads and promotions
• Producing monthly social media reports and pulling insights from Meta and Sprout Social
• Keeping up with the latest social media trends and platform changes
• Collaborating with clients, brand consultants, and the wider team
•Delivering work on time, every time

What we're looking for:
• 1–2 years of experience in social media or content creation
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Hands-on experience with monthly reporting and extracting metrics from social platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with B2B clients or in an agency environment is a strong plus

Reporting to: Head of Social Media (or the Managing Director in their absence)

One festive season ends, another one begins. We've embraced this one just like every other, and here's the photo to prove it!

But alas, all good things must come to an end. We’re back in the office, and we've hit the ground running!

We've got so many big & crazy projects, new additions to our team, and oh so much caffeine to be consumed.

We’re back to building strong brands, learning plenty, and STILL love our boss. (incase he's reading this).

To paraphrase Drucker - The purpose of business is not to make a sale, it's to make & keep a customer.

Far too many businesses focus on making sales today but don't think about tomorrow.

That may have been acceptable 30 years ago but in today's ultra competitive environment in , there just aren't enough customers to go around.

Retention is a critical component of . If customers are happy with your product and service they are unlikely to move to the competition.

But if you just focus on making sales, you aren't going to improve your retention - at best you are 'hoping' enough customers will come back. But what if they don't?

Discounting only prolongs the pain.

Building a alleviates that struggle to survive, let alone thrive, by ensuring customers come back time & time again.
