Dear Owners & Tenants,

Thank you for your patience. Latest update. Electricity has been restored by TNB for all Blocks - C1, C2, D1 and F1.

The black out is due to power trip.

Dear Owners & Tenants,

We are aware of the electricity black out that occurred just now and the management office is in contact with TNB to solve the issue as soon as possible.

So far, Block C1, C2, D1 are affected. Electricity has been restored for Block C2. TNB is checking on the rest.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused and will keep you all posted.

As a mandatory requirement in accordance with the Strata Title Act 1985 and further to the first corporation meeting which was held on the 25th April 2015, the Management Corporation has been formed under the name of "DATARAN PRIMA MANAGEMENT CORPORATION PH3-BLOCKS C&D."
Pursuant to Section 45 (1) of the Act, the Management Corporation is required to open and to operate under a new Building Maintenance fund account.

Hence, with effect from 16th July, 2015 all payments in respect to maintenance and service fee and all other related charges shall be made payable to:

DPMC PH3
Bank Account No: 1218100 10022884
Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad

Any payment made, kindly email to "[email protected]" or fax to 03-78038869. Evidence of your payment such as cheque, bank-in slip, etc. together with your name, debtor code (unit no), details of your payment, etc.

Thereafter, an official receipt will be issued.
