WCW Academy is pleased to have successfully completed Day 2 of our "Learn by Doing" Practical Workshop Series for a contractor team:

"Recognise Poor Practice & Demonstrate Good Prcatice in Construction Industry" (Day 2) which focuses on "Completion, Contract Determination and Dispute Resolution”.

Over the two-day programme, the participants actively engaged in practical discussions, scenario-based workshops and case studies, applying contractual principles to real-life construction situations through our "Learn by Doing" approach.

One of the most rewarding moments as the principal trainer, Sr WONG Chong Wei and his team not simply completing the programme, but witnessing participants actively sharing their experiences, discussing practical challenges and developing greater confidence in applying construction contract principles in their daily work.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all participants for their enthusiasm, active participation and willingness to learn throughout both workshop sessions. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the management team for their support and trust in our training programme.

This experience has further reinforced our belief that effective Construction Contract Administration is not merely about understanding contract clauses. It is about developing the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, maintain proper records and apply contractual principles confidently in practice.

The programme combined both Lecture and Workshop sessions to provide participants with a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience.

Unlike conventional classroom training, this programme adopts a "Learn by Doing" approach, enabling participants to understand and administer construction contracts through real-life scenarios, interactive learning, case studies, discussions and guided exercises.

The objective is not merely to understand contractual principles, but more importantly, to develop the confidence and ability to apply them effectively in the workplace.
