Job Description
Responsibilities :
• To combine art, business, and engineering knowledge to development new concepts product that are innovative, practical and suitable for manufacturing.
• To create new concept products and Innovative Solutions utilizing appropriate technology platform.
• To conduct Business analysis of new products.
• To gather necessary and useful information on ways to improve the company's product range and manufacturing methods.
• To liaise with suppliers on components or part sourcing.
• To work independently with minimal supervision and timelines. Working as a member of R&D team in the development of new models or products.
• To Identifying opportunities for new products Analysing how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Design / Visual Communication Design
• Have fundamental understanding of aluminium product theory and the components.
• It will be advantages if you come with design experience in industrial design or User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) design & market research background.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you think you are;
• Creative thinker with artistic abilities with a keen eye for details.
• Inquisitive in nature and has strong analytical skill to understand market needs.
• Good in problem solving and flexible to adapt to changing market situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in a group / people.
