Cili kisar
Air Asam
Sotong goreng (half cooked)
Petai
Garam/Gula

CARA MEMASAK :

Tumis bawang sampai kuning.

Masukkn cili kisar, tumis sampai pecah mnyk.

Masukkn air asam sikit,
tumis lagi.

Selepas itu msukkan petai/sotong, rasakan garam dan gula.

NOTA :
Saya ada letak serai/daun limau purut sikit (rahsia sambal sotong sedap dan buang bau hanyir.
