Our Chairman and President were honoured to attend the QVC International Chinese Qipao Beauty Pageant 2026, held on 26 April 2026 at United Point Kuala Lumpur. It was a privilege to be part of this remarkable evening and to have the opportunity to crown the outstanding winners.

We extend our sincere congratulations to the organiser, Mr. Kelvin, for his dedication over the past 16 years in promoting Chinese cultural heritage through fashion, international events, and cultural exchange platforms. This year’s pageant was more than a competition — it was a meaningful celebration of culture, identity, and modern elegance on a global stage.

The event brought together participants from Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Hong Kong, showcasing the grace, confidence, and cultural pride of contemporary Chinese women. Through their poise, storytelling, and stage presence, each participant embodied a unique blend of tradition and global perspective.

A special congratulations to Ms. Wong Kin Mi from Malaysia, who emerged as the Overall Champion and a remarkable triple-award winner, earning well-deserved recognition for her exceptional performance.

We proudly extend our heartfelt congratulations to our Director, Tian, who is also the President of the Malaysia Pageant Association, for successfully organising the International Pageant Association’s flagship annual event — Light Life 2026, held on 1 April 2026 in Kuala Lumpur.

With the theme “Pearl of Continuum,” the event brought together women leaders and representatives from diverse fields, creating a meaningful platform that seamlessly blended ceremony, culture, and emotional experience — celebrating the continuity of women’s growth and empowerment.

Going beyond conventional pageantry, Light Life 2026 emphasised inner expression and the evolving journey of personal growth, transforming the event into a powerful cultural movement rather than a traditional showcase. Through symbolic storytelling — from pearls representing nurturing and accumulation to butterflies symbolising transformation — the event delivered a profound and immersive experience for all participants.

A significant highlight of the evening was the appointment of Y.Bhg. Prof. Datin Wira Dr. Janet Lo as Permanent Honorary President of the International Pageant Association, further strengthening the organisation’s global vision and leadership depth.

Under Tian’s leadership, Light Life continues to evolve as more than an event — it is a platform that connects, empowers, and elevates women across borders through culture, community, and purpose.

Organised by the Branding Association of Malaysia (BAM), the event brought together more than 400 leading brand owners, founders, C-suite executives, and policymakers, reaffirming BAM’s role as one of Malaysia’s foremost platforms dedicated to advancing branding excellence and strengthening the nation’s business ecosystem.

The gala dinner was graced by YB Dato’ Sri Tiong King Sing, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), represented by YBhg. Tuan Samuel Lee, Deputy Director-General of Tourism Malaysia. His presence highlighted the vital role branding plays in enhancing Malaysia’s tourism appeal, strengthening international confidence, and elevating the nation’s reputation in global markets.

Under the leadership of BAM President Datin Winnie Loo, the event reinforced BAM’s vision of branding as a powerful nation-building tool — empowering businesses, strengthening entrepreneurial resilience, and elevating the “Malaysian Brand” on the global stage.

Breaking away from conventional gala formats, BAM Ace The New Year 2026 adopted a creative Retro Hong Kong “God of Gamblers” theme, symbolising the bold thinking, calculated risk-taking, and winning mindset required by entrepreneurs navigating today’s competitive marketplace.

A key highlight of the evening was the launch of the BAM Branding Goal Cards, a set of 52 expert branding principles designed to guide business leaders throughout the year, reflecting BAM’s commitment to practical knowledge sharing and balanced leadership.

We are honored to share that our President, Dr. Jenny Hoon, has been officially invited by the Macau Government for a business visit in Macau.

During this visit, she is engaging in discussions on strengthening Macau’s brand positioning and global expansion strategies, as well as exploring opportunities for international brands to establish a presence in Macau. The exchange focuses on enhancing cross-border collaboration, brand elevation, and sustainable growth between regional and global markets.
