此次到访，除了参观了解IBG的产品与生产流程之外，交流会也特别安排与IBG创办人拿督叶绍平深入对谈，希望通过他的创业历程与企业精神，为年轻一代福州企业家带来启发与鼓舞。

通过此次交流，相信双方都收获良多。感谢巴生福州会馆的用心安排，以及会长拿督董仕星、青年团团长余俊杰和筹备主席李守杰的带领与支持。

Today, IBG Biofertilizer Group was pleased to welcome a delegation of 20 members from the Klang Fuzhou Association for the “Rong Ju Shang Dao” corporate visit.

During the visit, the delegation was introduced to IBG’s products and production processes, while also having the opportunity to engage in a meaningful dialogue with IBG’s founder, Dato’ Yeat Siaw Ping. By sharing his entrepreneurial journey and business philosophy, the session aimed to inspire and encourage the younger generation of Fuzhou entrepreneurs.

We believe the session was meaningful and rewarding. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Klang Fuzhou Association for the thoughtful arrangement, as well as to President Dato’ D**g, Youth Chief Andrew Yew, and Organizing Chairman Jack Lee for their leadership and support.

生物肥料
以部分取代化学肥料，应对2026年化肥供应挑战

当前，全球化肥市场正经历震荡。中东战火导致霍尔木兹海峡航运中断，国际尿素价格从每吨飙升至1000美元以上，涨幅超40%。马来西亚作为高度依赖进口化肥的国家，每年进口超过400万至500万吨化肥，市场估值超过50亿令吉，正面临严峻的供应压力。业者警告，若战火继续恶化，下半年恐怕某些肥料供应链会断货。在此背景下，生物肥料正成为可靠且实用的替代方案。

一、化肥供应：短期有保障，长期压力大
马来西亚每年进口超过400万至500万吨化肥，市场估值超过50亿令吉。受中东局势影响，供应链中断及原料短缺推高成本，本地化肥生产商已暂停接收新订单；同时，中国限制出口也导致尿素价格飙升逾50%，导致我国稻农减产。据《中国报》报道，尿素迄今进口最高报价已涨至每吨1000美元，磷肥每吨1050美元，硫磺则出现“全世界都断供”的局面。我国进口商的库存大致可以支撑3到4个月，从2026年6月起，供应压力将进一步凸显。许多种植企业正积极寻找替代方案，以部分取代化学肥料，维持成本效益与运营连续性。

二、生物肥料：可靠实用的替代方案
生物肥料通过功能微生物改善土壤微生态，在我国已有多家先行企业投入使用。同时降低运营成本和碳排放。马来西亚工艺大学(UTM)创新中心研发的FERTILLA生物复合肥，富含固氮微生物菌株，可提供缓释养分并增强抗病能力，已成为化学肥料的有力替代品。

Nextgreen Fertilizer推出的NexBooster生物有机肥，以油棕空果串等农业废弃物为原料，年产能达6万吨，已与Mardi合作开展水稻种植验证，并与DOA合作在彭亨劳勿的榴梿和油棕园推广应用。种植及原产业部也已明确推动生物质、沼气和生物炭来源的肥料，加强种植园的循环经济实践。

三、释放土壤中被固定的养分
过量施用化肥会导致土壤养分被锁定。生物肥料中的微生物能溶解被固定的磷、钾，释放养分并恢复团粒结构。即使在减少化肥的情况下，生物肥料也能帮助作物吸收土壤中已有的养分，短期内维持正常生长。

四、多重综合优势
提高产量。 马来西亚理工大学专家指出，生物肥料在本地作物、热带气候及有机农产品需求增长的背景下，市场准备度相当乐观。基于藻类的有机叶面肥已在多种作物上实现增产超50%。

降低根部病害。 生物菌肥可诱导作物抗病性。大马棕油局与IBG生物良菌肥料集团联合研发了iM-bioGuard生物肥料，注入强效假单胞菌制成液态生物肥料，对抗油棕“癌症”——灵芝病(Ganoderma)，每年可为马来西亚和印尼挽回约15亿令吉的经济损失。使用IBG生物良菌肥料的种植园，灵芝病感染率控制在2%以下，明显低于邻近种植园。政府已拨款500万令吉，专门用于协助小园主在翻种阶段采用生物管控方式保护油棕树。

五、价格与供应保持稳定
生物肥料原料来源广泛，不易受国际波动冲击。我国生物肥料产业以本地农业废弃物(如油棕空果串、污水处理生物固体等)为原料，供应链自主可控。随着政府对替代肥料的加速推广和本地产能的提升，生物肥料的价格与供应将对所有客户保持稳定一致，成为不确定环境中的可靠选择。

面对2026年下半年化肥供应恶化的预期，以生物肥料部分替代化学肥料，既能缓解成本压力，又能改善土壤健康，是兼具短期效益与长期价值的绿色转型路径。

📢 Breakthrough Study: IBG Biofertilizer Shows Powerful Potential to Transform Oil Palm Sustainability in Malaysia

A joint study by Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) and IBG Biofertilizer Group shows that partially replacing chemical fertilizer with IBG Biofertilizer in oil palm plantations can deliver remarkable gains for both productivity and climate impact.

✅ Key findings from the study:
• 39% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions
• 19% increase in yield
• Soil organic carbon loss is identified as the largest emission hotspot, contributing around 66% of total life cycle emissions
• Adoption of biofertilizer in one state could reduce emissions by 13%

📍 In the plantation case study, the GHG emissions was 18.92 t CO2eq/ha/year in control plot and 11.47 t CO2eq/ha/year in treatment plot (39% reduction). The observed yield improvement of the oil palm was 20.59 mt/ha/year in control plot and 24.41 mt/ha/year in treatment plot (19% increase).

🇲🇾 On a national scale, GIS modelling showed that wider adoption of IBG Biofertilizer could reduce oil palm plantation emissions across Malaysia by up to 38.98%.

Replace chemical fertilizer with biofertilizer, improve yield, and reduce GHG emissions at the same time.

Note: Studies conducted by XMUM and UM proved that replacement of chemical fertilizer dosage by 30 - 55% to IBG biofertilizer could reduce the GHG emissions.

今天，浙江大学新农村发展研究院和浙江大学涉农校友企业一行26人到访 IBG 生物良菌肥料集团进行交流访问。此次行程主要是参观IBG的研究基地及生产过程，对IBG公司及产品进行了解。在参观与交流中，双方围绕绿色生物科技在现代农业中的应用进行了深入探讨，并讨论出多项具有潜力的合作意向。期望未来能够进一步对接资源、深化合作，结合科研与产业优势，共同为新农业的发展与可持续未来贡献力量。

Today, a delegation of 26 representatives from the Zhejiang University China Academy for Rural Development and Zhejiang University agriculture-related alumni enterprises visited to IBG Biofertilizer Group. The visit focused on touring IBG’s research facilities and production processes, as well as gaining a deeper understanding of the company and its products. During the tour and discussions, both parties engaged in in-depth dialogue on the application of green biotechnology in modern agriculture and identified several promising areas for potential collaboration. We look forward to future engagements that will further align resources and deepen cooperation, combining research and industry strengths to contribute to the development of new agriculture and a more sustainable future.

On 24 December 2025 at 2.00 pm, we hosted an academic visit from the Universiti Malaya Chemical Engineering Undergraduate Club (CEUC). The visit aimed to introduce club members to the research and production processes of biofertilizer at our manufacturing plant, as well as our advanced technologies. We were pleased to provide the students with an insightful visit, offering valuable industry exposure and hands-on learning experience.
