1.What exactly does it mean when you say “custom controllers”? We can make controllers suited just for you. As long as we can get our hands on anything you provide or anything we can obtain easily, we are more than ready to create one the moment we receive your deposit, which will be half the price of the requested controller. We are able to work with wood and acrylic, so contact us for more
details if you would like to know more about their respective prices.
2.What kind of controllers are you able to work on as of now? Almost anything goes, as long as it’s within your imagination. From arcade sticks to not so common controllers like Beatmania, we can adjust its spacing, height and whatever dimensions you want altered to your liking within the constraints we have measured.
3.Do you have any controller that is not custom? Any controllers that do not fall under custom would mean stock controllers with absolutely no specifications provided by anyone who’s interested to purchase any of our controllers. You are able to select any of the previous controller’s designs we have made so far and leave the rest to us.
4.Where can I receive the controller? If you are living around Puchong, we are able to do Cash on Delivery or you can pick up our controllers at certain locations around Puchong such as IOI Mall Puchong. Please contact us for more details and we will arrange the best place to meet up to suit both of our interests. If you stay too far away or you are not a local, we will use a courier service. You will have to pay the shipping as well if we were to ship to you.
5.How does maintenance work? There is no need for you to find us, we will find you. Provide us an address and we will get there and patch up your controller. If we are unable to reach you, kindly ask us on what to do and we will guide you as much as we can to ensure that the controller is running normally again. Please refer the “Maintenance” section for more details.
6.How much would each controller cost? Depending on what you want, you will be charged based on how complex your requirements are and how much the parts would cost to make. For designs that are already done before, kindly consult us for the pricing of the specific controller.
7.Do we provide any warranty on any of our controllers? Please refer the “Warranty” section for more details.
8.How long does it take for one controller to be made? Depending on how much work the controller needs, controllers may complete within 1 week or 1 month, depending on the size of the controller or availability of our stock.
9.Can we bulk order to save more money? Absolutely! The more your purchase, the more we can discount it for you. Please contact us for more details. Maintenance
1.Maintenance that requires us to move to you will cost RM50 per trip. If there are additional services to be done, we will charge more depending on what we need to do.
2.If you want to give it to us to work on it in our office, that is also possible, but keep in mind that if we pay a visit to you again, you will be charged again for the trip. It is advised that when you want us to perform maintenance on your controller, ensure that you are available on that day so that we can work until the controller is good to go for you.
3.You can also drop by at our office and leave your controller for maintenance. This means you will not be charged at all for transportation. Warranty
1.Controllers made with wood or acrylic have 1 year warranty. Warranty does not cover any severe damage made by customers such as dropping the controller, damaging the internals of the controller or the casing.
2.We will need to analyze the controller for at least one week before allowing the warranty to be claimed.
3.You can only claim your warranty once.
4.Any parts damaged will be replaced or fixed if it is eligible for a warranty.
