🚀 Spokesweb: E-Invoicing Timeline Updates for Businesses in Malaysia

The Malaysian government has announced new e-Invoicing implementation dates for businesses earning below RM5 million annually. These changes aim to give small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) more time to prepare and adapt to the new digital requirements.

💡 Here’s what’s important for you to know:
✅ New implementation phases for different revenue brackets
✅ A 6-month grace period allowing businesses to use a consolidated e-Invoice for all transactions – with no legal actions taken if you comply
✅ Post-1 January 2026, issuing e-Invoices for transactions above RM10,000 will be mandatory, and consolidated e-Invoices will no longer be allowed
✅ Support and guidance from HASiL are available 24/7 through hotlines, live chats, and email
