Last weekend, we had the opportunity to conduct a ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ workshop at the headquarters of Wah Chan Jewellery.
For many Malaysians, Wah Chan is a familiar name. From gold jewellery, diamonds, and jade, to traditional Chinese wedding jewellery, the brand has been part of many important milestones in people's lives.
But today, we were not talking about gold, diamonds, or jade.
We were talking about something even more valuable โ ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต.
When we first walked into the hall, the atmosphere was quiet and reserved.
As the conversations deepened, we began to hear laughter, stories, and moments of realization.
The kind of moments where people pause and think:
"I've never looked at it that way before."
We've always believed that gold needs refining to shine.

A Growth Mindset is not believing that we know everything.
