Keeping a semiconductor cleanroom stable starts with getting the airflow right.

At a semiconductor manufacturing facility in the Philippines, fluctuating airflow between make-up air units (MAUs) and air handling units (AHUs) was disrupting pressure balance and making temperature and humidity harder to control.

Dpstar upgraded the control system to help the units work together more effectively. The work included:

โ€ข Customized PLC logic to manage airflow, temperature and humidity
โ€ข Dutyโ€“standby automation to maintain air delivery during changeover
โ€ข SCADA monitoring so operators can view system data and receive real-time alerts
โ€ข Electrical protection upgrades to support reliable operation

The upgrade helped create more stable cleanroom conditions and gave operators a clearer view of system performance.
