Are you organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy coordinating with different teams? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator / Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team!

What you'll do:
βœ… Prepare quotations & tender documents
βœ… Process Sales Orders (SO) & Purchase Orders (PO)
βœ… Coordinate deliveries and project documentation
βœ… Support communication between Sales, Procurement, Finance & Project teams

We're looking for someone who:
βœ” Diploma/Certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
βœ” 1–3 years' experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
βœ” Good in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
βœ” Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
βœ” Organised, responsible and able to multitask
βœ” Experience in ELV, ICT, M&E, Construction or System Integration is a plus! ⭐
