Selalunya, kalau customer tak banyak request or just cakap “ikutlah kerativiti sis”, kak ecah selalu akan terbuat “lebih” 😅. Satu sebab happy bebas nak buat, satu lagi sebab overthinking pun ye jugak.
Customer ni cuma bagitahu nak theme mermaid dan cake topper aje. Kak ecah take note, and bagi free toys seketul.
Kadang-kadang ada jugak customer yang hari2 remind request dia, countdown, even ada jugak yg setiap hari reuqest dia bertukar-tukar, bertambah-tambah 🤣 its ok, maknanya kak ecah tak berkeseorangan, mungkin mereka yang overthinking.
Kalau nak order custom cake ikut theme yang korang s**a, roger kak ecah ye, no dkt bio!

Ini ialah chocolate Indulgance cake. Tapi since customer nak outer layer dia warna pink kita modified sikit ganache dia kpd white choc ganache instead of dark choc ganache. So boleh la kita play around with colours kan.

For extra information, white chocolate lebih manis tau dari dark choc, sebab komposisi gula dalam white choc lebih tinggi dari dark chocolate.
