JOB VACANCY – ADMIN & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Admin & Account Assistant to join our company.
Job Responsibilities:
• Basic accounting & bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices and follow up on receivables
• Check payables
• Prepare payslips & assist in payroll
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Saturday (alternate, twice a month): 9.00 AM – 1.00 PM
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and detail-oriented
Salary & Benefits:
• Basic salary: RM1,700
• EPF (KWSP) & SOCSO (PERKESO) provided
