Here, we develop, manufacture and market plastic articles. Recently, our Research and Development team have developed a new method to create a high-resistant insulated container. The BL series is made of blow moulding technology, a latest manufacturing method used in the plastic and polymer industries. In comparison to the traditional moulding method, this produces a more durable, light weight and
higher impact resistance container. Instead of using polyurethane (PU) like most coolers, polypropylene (PP) is used to fill the insulated container’s inner core giving it much greater temperature resistant. Together with its lid, the inner cores are also fully injected with thick eco-friendly polyurethane (PU) refrigeration foam for maximum cold retention without harming the environment. Besides that, by filling the container’s external layers with high-density polyethylene (HDPE), It provides higher strength making it more opaque. With the opaque volume, the container will be able to withstand higher temperatures as compared to containers with lower-density polyethylene. Our range of insulated containers can be used for various applications in Ice factory, food industries, fisheries, poultry farms and any cold storage departments.
