As a consumer, kindly ensure that ALL persons conducting any Pest Control Treatment at your premise is a License Holder of the Pesticide Applicator License (PAL) or Assistant Pesticide Applicator License (APAL). You may demand the Operator/Technician to produce their license before conducting any Pest Control treatment.

Unlicensed Pest Control Personnel may be Jailed up to Six (6) months including a Fine up to RM 1000 for the first offence and Jailed One (1) year, Fine of RM 2000 for repeated offence once convicted.
