Job Description

Responsibilities & Requirement :

•Prepare/Produce on space Planning, details drawing, 3D Renderings, and detail drawings.

•Working closely with team members to conceptualisation design idea.

•Complete work assignment within stipulated time.

Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

•Proficient in 3DS Max, Vray , Auto Cad, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator , Microsoft excel.

•Site visit and understand project brief. Presentation if required

•Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan, meet deadline & work under pressure

•With own transportation

Qualifications / Skills :

Education Level - Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma
1 year relevant design experience in Interior Design
Proficient in AutoCAD
室内设计 工作详情 ：- 工作在Office- 销售公司有的顾客群- 需要见客户- 创建并准备布局计划，Cad，草图，3D设计，2D工程图，模型和视觉效果。- 提供室内设计解决方案以满足客户的需求- 提供有关空间规划，知识，材料的专业建议给客户的规格，处理销售订单和其他文件工作- 跟进工作进度，以确保拟议的设计和/或项目得到批准按时完成。

薪水： 底薪Basic + allowance

时间 ： 8:30AM - 6:00PM

假期 ： 所有工作假期，年假和补贴

Job description

* To meet customer and follow up on enquiries, liaise with owners on their project requirements, follow up & closing.

* Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualisation, materials and colour scheme specification on client’s needs.

* Interpret and translate customer needs into rough layout plan

* Able to lead team and arrange design work and present ideas

* Research and decide on materials and product sourcing

* Supervise work progress with interior designer and contractors, audit check & quality check to ensure all design & works met

timeline set

* Report work schedule & progress to top management related to design finalisation.

* To prepare layout plan, M&E plan, plaster ceiling plan, paint code, other construction and etc

drawing.

* To prepare 3d rendering when it is necessary or as assigned by management.

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design/ Interior Architecture

/other related fields

* Required language(s): Bahasa Cina, English, Bahasa Malay

* Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words will be an advantage

* Full-Time Only

- Candidate must be families on Autocad, Sketchup, Microsoft Office Software and others.
